IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!
Outdoor Market
We are now open Every FRIDAY (10am-3:30pm), Every Saturday (8:30am-3:30pm) and Every Sunday (9:30am-3:30pm) fee is $100 for a 10’x10’ space for one day.
The parking is directly behind the market- Vendors will drive into the market, into to their assigned space to load in and they are able to drive in to their space at the end to load their cars. All of the load in times and details will be emailed to all vendors the day before their market. Once purchased there are no refunds and date changes must be requested at least Seven Days in advance of the market that was booked.
The space is 10’ x 10’ We only provide the space however, you may rent a tent, table/s and chair/s on site. The fee is $25 for a tent and $10 per 8 foot table and chair. When you arrive, tell the on site staff that you want to rent a tent, table/s and or chair/s. Our staff members will all set up for you (at the end they will break it down too).
If you bring your own tent It is required that all tents/canopy/umbrella must be weighted and secured with 10 lbs per leg due to high wind. It is required to bring your own sandbags or weights for your tents. These weights are not required if you rent from us!
Secure sandbags/weights on first before setup. You are liable for all incidents, risk, personal injury and loss of property from your canopy, tent or umbrella. You are responsible for carrying appropriate insurance.
Any vendor without weights or sandbags secured to their tent will be asked to take DOWN tent no exceptions.
NO SMOKING - Go off lot
Please be on time, if 30 MINUTES late we will think you are a no show and your spot will be taken by a standby.
You will be able to drive into our lot to unload your things into your assigned space. Unload only no setting up racks, tents until vehicle is off the market and then park on the street or where guys guides you to park.
You will be able to bring your car back into the market area to load your things at the end of (but not before) the market's load out hour. You will need to pack up before you drive your car in to load
Upon arrival you will be directed to your assigned space. Your spot has been predetermined and is not negotiable. There are no cancellations or rescheduling.
Please pull into your space, unload quickly and then move your car to park it off site. Please do not set up or breakdown with your car on site as we are trying to facilitate a speedy load in and load out.
If you are towards the front you have to have your space cleared by 3:30pm so that the businesses can use the lot. Everyone else has to be cleared out by 4:00 pm sharp.
Please no trash left behind or no using the big trash cans next to medical building we have trash cans inside market.
We now require Tarps to be secured in the back of booths along the fence lines. Please come prepared to set up your booth space and protect your merchandise from outside elements. This will help to create a more pleasant working and shopping environment.
Indoor Market
Pop up your shop in our shop @officialdebris on site during the market. No tents or racks are necessary. Guests can enter thru the pink velvet ropes that lead from the market right into the side of the building or the entrance in the front is right next to the market and visible from Sunset Blvd.
The shop is 2500 square feet and lit with built in racks, a Sonos sound system, three bathrooms, air-conditioning, wifi and mannequins and display items that can be used. All spaces have access to power.
The fee is $125 per day to sell. @officialdebris is an industrial style retail space. Saturday & Sunday we will open Debris to the public from 9:30 am to 5:00pm (Saturdays) 10:00am to 5:00 pm (Sundays) and allow vendors to set up their shops in a 10’x10’ space and sell their items.
Vendors must have a representative on site to sell. If vendors sell both Saturday and Sunday they may leave their items set up on site overnight on Saturday.
After online booking , you will receive a text message regarding your load time.
Your spot will be assigned To you and it is non negotiable.
